When we do process personal data on your behalf — a log file sent to support, for instance — and on what terms. In an on-premises model that is the only case.

This document is negotiated per deal — licence scope, deployment environment, liability caps and governing law all differ between customers. So we do not publish a generic version: a text that is not the text anyone will sign is worth no more than its absence, and sometimes less.

What the document will cover

The narrow cases where we do process personal data for you: a log bundle or database extract sent to support, and remote or on-site professional services.
Subject matter, duration, nature and purpose; the types of personal data and categories of data subjects.
Processing on documented instructions only, personnel confidentiality, and GDPR Art. 32 security measures.
Sub-processor rules, assistance with data-subject rights, deletion or return at the end, and audit rights.
⚠ It will be scoped to exactly those cases. A SaaS-shaped DPA would describe a relationship we do not have.
