Support and lifecycle
Release lifecycle
Every release has three phases: full support, maintenance, and then end of life. This page is public because a bank's IT-risk function asks for it before it asks for a price.
The three phases
- Full support
- Bug fixes and security fixes. New minor releases come out during this phase.
- Maintenance
- Security fixes only. No bug fixes and no new capability.
- End of life
- No fixes at all, security fixes included. Upgrade.
| Version | Channel | Released | Full support until | Maintenance until | End of life | Today |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2.5.1-demo | Stable | Not yet announced | Not yet announced | Not yet announced | Not yet announced | |
| 2.5.0-demo | Stable | Not yet announced | Not yet announced | Not yet announced | Not yet announced | |
| 2.4.7-demo | Long-term support | Not yet announced | Not yet announced | Not yet announced | Not yet announced |
No dates yet
Some releases do not have end-of-support dates set. That statement is deliberate: an estimated date on a page like this reads as a commitment, and we would rather say “not yet announced” than guess.
